"The Bugzilla administrator can configure a list of comment tags which will result in those comments being collapsed by default when a bug is loaded."
One problem I've noticed here is that unless you have a Bugzilla account and are logged in, there [+] to uncollapse a comment is not available. So tagging a comment as "me-too" for example effectively censors it for everyone without a Bugzilla account. That seems overly harsh.
I see no reason not to let the "uncollapse" be available to not-logged in users, or at least if the comment is default-collapsed due to a tag.
sounds reasonable.
i'm touching that part of the code in bug 956892, so instead of bitrotting myself, i'll address this issue there.
