101430 - Pop biff sound does not play untill you click get message

Build: 2001092405 mac, linux, win98.

POP account as default or the second account in a profile and having the green 
flag set when you log in and get message the first time, we don't play the biff 
sound till you clear the biff the first time.  

steps to reproduce:
Select a profile with pop as default account or a profile with pop as second 
account.
Log into the account doing a get message and enter password correctly
You see the green arrow when it gets the message from the server which have not 
been downloaded.
Don't clear the biff arrow
compose and send a message 
Let the biff get the message(set the time interval for 1 min)

Actual Result: When the message is received but you there is no default biff 
sound.  
Expected result: when the message is received you should also hear the biff 
sound.

Workaround:  When you receive the message the first time that is after entering 
the password then do a get message to clear the biff arrow.  The following mails 
are received with the biff sound.
