STRs:
1. Tap message application.
2. Tap "new message" button.
3. Tap body message.

Actual result:
User can't see cursor in body message. (see attached image)

Expected result:
User can see cursor in body message.

so adding "regression" and setting 2.0? flag

IIRC we used to have a min-width on the 'placeholder' object, my guess is that bug 949457 regressed it.

We should wait for bug 963018 to land before looking at it again, because the style will change a lot.
