1014451 - Add task rating for easier feedback analysis

It would be great to have rating done by users for each task. It might be enough to have +1 and -1, which can be shown in the admin feedback page. That way it's easier to spot broken tasks, which need an update.

I really like this idea, and having users rank the tasks with a simple thumbs up or down. We can display the number of happy/sad reactions or votes on the list view of all the tasks as well as on individual tasks. The list view should allow for sorting.  This would mean popular tasks might become more popular. That would have the advantage of bringing in more people to easy or satisfying tasks. 

But it would also expose tasks that need improvement, which could help us figure out how to tag them better, organize or filter them in different ways, or pitch them to particular types of contributors.

Something which we might take into account is that once a task has been updated regarding the negative feedback, we should allow to reset the rating? Otherwise tasks could still have negative feedback which is no longer valid and could confuse admins.

We would like to implement this is a manner similar to what Henrik suggested in comment #0, with icons for "good" and "bad" (which could be a happy/sad face) on the feedback form. These will be used for general information by the task owner and therefore we don't feel it is necessary, nor even desired, that a user be able to change their rating after the fact.

For the initial implementation, please add the ability to rate the task happy/sad on the feedback page. We will create additional bugs for displaying the data.
