Theflash is a terrible location. Can we put some of it in github, or on my people page?

http://people.mozilla.org/~bwinton/heatmap_data/<weeknumber>.csv seems like a reasonable location. I put a 0.csv with sample data, and added an .htaccess to allow cross-origin GET and HEAD requests for the files in that directory, so that we can host the heatmaps themselves wherever we want. I also added an ssh key so that we can automatically update my people account from theflash when we generate newer data.
