The idenity panel usually provides any useful or actionable items. I believe it would be much more useful to provide somthing similar to chrome, but defaulting to something like the security panel of the page-info panel with an alternative tab for the permissions (like the permissions panel of the pageinfo). 

Also the text for the technical details, when explaining encrypted data is verbose and not useful. We now only support 'High-grade Encryption) this came from when there were crypto export controls. We should display the whole ciphersuite string, but we should add if the suite supports perfect forward secrecy and the TLS version used for the actual connection. The rest of the text should be removed and a button or link for more information/ explain me this added (with appropriate page in mdn or sumo).
