Description:
In the FTE on the Select a network screen(third screen), the string/title "Select a network" displays with truncation in the tested language. Truncation doesn't occur in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140521000202
2) Tap on Settings from the home screen
3) Tap on Developer (you might have to enable this option in Device information)
4) Tap on the "Launch first time use" tab (third down from top)
5) After FTE launch, tap "next" twice to get to the third screen
5) Observe the string/title "Select a network" displays with truncation

Actual:
The string/title "Select a network" displays with truncation

Expected:
The string/title "Select a network" displays without truncation
