(not sure on the component)
Today nightly started to have some weird rendering problems. See screenshot and also bug 1015223.
I have few extension installed, I'll try to find if anyone could cause this.

I disabled all, and it still manifests. Just scroll in the addons manager. I've also seen something similar on bugzilla in splinter when resizing a textarea.

Still, with HW accel ON there is some jittery as well.

I'm not sure what screenshot 2 is supposed to show, but screenshot 1 looks a lot like attachment 8426099 [details].
