In bug 1010701 comment 26, Juwei felt a better behavior for when the attachment machinery needs to complete its work is to use a spinning icon instead of a more disruptive toast. This bug tracks this change for master to use that icon approach. So, when the user taps on the attachment icon in the Compose card, if the app is processing the full attachment, change the attachment icon to a spinning icon state that indicates work is being done, and that taps on the icon during that time do not allow triggering the activity pathway to get another attachment.
It sounded like the first step in this change is to get a suitable spinning icon for the attachment icon in the header for this. Juwei mentioned she would talk to Fang about this, so going to ni Fang for the icon, and I will formally take the bug for next sprint since it is more of a bug fix/refinement, I will likely need the rest of this feature sprint to land features.
