Description:
When the user switches the homescreen from 4-column vertical layout to regular homescreen and switches back to vertical, the 3-column layout is displayed instead of the previous setting.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140523073020.
2) Settings > Homescreen > Vertical > Change.
3) On the vertical homescreen, pinch to zoom out to change to 4-column layout.
4) Change the Homescreen to the regular view (Settings > back button> Homescreen > Change).
5) Observe the regular homescreen view.
6) Change back to the Vertical Homescreen view (Settings > back button> Vertical > Change).
Actual:
The Vertical Homescreen is displayed in 3-column layout.
Expected:
The Vertical Homescreen is displayed in 4-column layout, which is the previous setting on the Vertical Homescreen.

Actually the root cause is the same in both bugs, we don't save this setting in any database so we always start the homescreen by default
