1015471 - get Marionette tests running on Windows for mozilla-central and mozilla-inbound

Since Loop has it's mocha/chai unit tests driven by Marionette, in order for our unit tests to run on Windows, it'll be necessary to have the Marionette unit tests turned on for the Windows builds for mozilla-central and mozilla-inbound (and maybe other trees?).

After chatting a bit with :AutomatedTester and :jgriffin, the current theory is that this will involve fixing bug 757078 plus some addition deployment work.

I think there's some chance that this would block MLP landing, though I think there's a reasonable chance we could convince folks that it would be OK if this happened after MLP.

I'll have these scheduled on cedar first; once they're green there we can schedule on all trunk branches.

Hi Jonathan -- Do you have an ETA for getting marionette tests on Windows?  Also, will you be adding opt builds to marionette at some point?  Thanks!

Both are in progress already!  See bug 1019032 (Mn on opt linux builds...should go live within a few days) and bug 1018436 (blocks Mn on Windows).  We don't have a bug for scheduling Mn on opt OSX, just due to limited capacity of OSX test slaves, but if it's important to you, I can have it done.

Sounds like we'll have Mn on Windows working within days.  We'll need that for MVP.

This schedules Mn on opt/debug win32 platforms for gecko >= 33 (i.e., trunk).  The test are currently running green on cedar.
