FireFox have a high CPU consumption on libxul.so (vp9_half_horiz_variance8x_h_sse2 ) after long time of inactivity.
I'm left my laptop with foreground FF for a night and at morning discover high load of CPU.
The issue is actual and on 32bit system too.
