 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:  Call Barring menu not implemented
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1. Go to Settings > Call settings
 2. Call Barring menu not implemented -> KO
 
 Functionality works fine through MMI commands. 
 Would it be possible to safely implement this functionality with a menu option under Settings > Call settings?
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 It should be possible to set Call Barring though a menu option.
