User Story

As a WebRTC browser but not on Firefox URL clicker,  I can retry to call after a failure to connect so that I can conveniently re-dial the same user using the same method (audio only or audio+video) with a single click.
Upon call failure provide a "Retry button" to the user so that he can re-initiate a call to the same user using the same calling method (audio only or audio+video).
