* Description:
  The is a regression bug.
  After data network is enabled, the network icon still greys out.
  Attach the screenshot.

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Flash a new build into Tarako device
  2. Drop down the status bar
  3. Tap 3G network icon to enable data network

* Expected result:
  The 3G network icon is highlighted after enabling data network

* Actual result:
  The network icon still greys out.

* Reproduction build: V1.3t (Tarako)

Can we verify there was a Tarako build this was working on before?

My bad. I missed a important information.
This bug only happens on "SIM Card - 2".
Inserting SIM on the first SIM slot doesn't have this problem.
So, this is a legacy bug because I can reproduce it on old Tarako build (4/11).
