In the download dialog, after 從 there should be a : and less space between it and the URL.
Nice catch! This should be an ancient cosmetic and intended wrong localization. I still fixed it, changeset: http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/zh-TW/rev/6d0871c5440b
