rediff.com returns desktop website for ffos UA. This blocks spreadtrum's tests on Tarako. PLease help.

haseeb is making progress with rediff.com in bug 932846. We should give them time to fix the issue locally before considering an override. Tarako tests can be unblocked by following the advice for overriding the UA localling as detailed in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1015045#c12 I'm resolving this bug as won't fix for now. We can reopen if we decide that an override is required.

Clearing the blocking nom. FWIW, UA overrides are decoupled from releases and therefore I don't think any UA override should block a specific release.
