1016531 - GeckoConsole and Marionette logs no longer in logcat

Some change landed between https://pvtbuilds.mozilla.org/pvt/mozilla.org/b2gotoro/nightly/mozilla-central-hamachi-eng/2014/05/2014-05-22-04-02-30/ and https://pvtbuilds.mozilla.org/pvt/mozilla.org/b2gotoro/nightly/mozilla-central-hamachi-eng/2014/05/2014-05-22-16-02-03/, and after that, we no longer see GeckoConsole or Marionette log lines in the logcat. There we no changes facing Marionette, nor Log.jsm, which is what we use to dump our log data.

Ahal found that it is something in this push: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?startID=26818&endID=26819 caused the regression.

We need this output in logcat for test failure debugging and general debugging.
