During the FTU, importing contacts does not work correctly. When importing from Outlook, the Mozilla homepage opens instead of Outlook contacts. When importing from gmail, the user is brought back to the import contacts page after signing in and tapping "accept". For Facebook contacts, there is no option to import.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140527040202
2) Proceed through the FTU
3) When prompted to import contacts, select Outlook
4) Sign into Outlook account

Actual:
The Mozilla homepage opens after signing in

Expected:
The list of contacts to import opens

I can reproduce this as well on 2.0 with importing from Google. Looks like it's a regression from bug 1010782.

Thanks Marina for restoring the build.js for the FTU. It seems there were some problem in rebasing the patch that missed that folder. 

please land once Travis is green.
