Description:
If the user flips through keyboards with different language layouts quickly, they will see the keyboard flicker black momentarily before transitioning.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Flame to BuildID: 20140527040202
2) Settings > keyboard > selected keyboards
3) Enable English, Spanish, and Portuguese language layout keyboards
4) Navigate to sms app and create a new message
5) Activate the keyboard and tap the language layout button to the left of the space bar repeatedly

Actual:
Keyboard will flicker black during transitions.

Expected:
Keyboard transitions smoothly.
