Something odd!
I think "Combined navigation items" should be placed on top most of the menu.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/Code_snippets
2. Right click (Shift+F10) to popup content area context menu
Actual Results:
Something odd.
Expected Results:
"Combined navigation items" should be placed on top most of the menu.
