Should this affect the suggested sites also in content?
Ex: If I change the lang. to es or de for ex, should I get the mozilla.org/es-ES or DE page ?

Only we localizers changed it. AFAIK, no one has started translating suggested sites yet because the current list is just a placeholder. I tested this locally by creating a multi-locale build with a (local) pt-BR suggested sites translation.

Based on Lucas comment I will set this to Verified fixed
