Steps to reproduce:
I have a dual screen PC. Nightly was in the 2nd.
I accessed my PC from another PC with one screen.
Everything was placed on only one screen.
Go back to my PC.
Nightly was placed on the 2nd screen again.
Actual results:
In full screen mode, the toollbar was mixed with another app, in this case, Chrome, because was below Nightly.
If I change window size, the toollbar was black.
Expected results:
Show toollbar correctly.
