nsISHistoryListener methods in nsISHistory are misleading

Details
nsISHistory has 2 methods related to nsISHistoryListener,
AddSHistoryListener() and RemoveSHistoryListener(). These methods indicate (by
their name) that SHistory can have multiple listeners, but infact each instance
of session hsitory can have only one listener since SH is window specific.
Change these methods to GetSHistoryListener() and SetSHistoryListener().
GetSHistoryListener is required for fixing bug 90224.
