Yup. I'm willing to bet that all MozReftestInvalidate/reftest-wait-dependent tests will have this same behavior on B2G+OOP... :-/

I think this was actually fixed by 1000722.

This test was marked as "fails" in a mega-pass, here:
  http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/f05fbe6261ac#l61.21
...and (like many other tests) it occasionally passed, per comment 1. So, it was changed to "random" here:
  http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/e1d54d299ab3#l40.21
...and then that annotation was removed when bug 1000722 was fixed, here:
  http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/861fbef8e95c#l55.21

So, this is FIXED by bug 1000722.
