User taps Contacts App and selects add picture and updates with a photo from gallery App. When the image is saved, the view from either the Call or Contacts log appears suspect. From an art school perspective, there is a mega pixel reduction from its original form to the reduced image on the device. 

Repro Steps: 
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140530014002
2) Tap Contacts and select Edit Picture
3) Tap Gallery and choose an image and update
4) Observe device behavior from either the Call log or Contacts log screens

Actual: 
Image appears of lower quality.

Expected: 
The image appears nearly as the original in terms of quality.

This issue does reproduce on Flame 2.0 following STR from Comment 0. The image appears fuzzy.

I think we would get some pixelation when making a large image into a smaller one?  Maybe I'm wrong.
