1018514 - [B2G][Email][Tarako] User can not open attached music file

Description

When the user gets e-mail with an attach music file, the user will not be able to open/download the file because it's greyed out 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140530014002
2) Email an attach music file to the tarako device 
3) In the tarako device, open the file 


Actual:
the music file can not be open or download 

Expected:
User can open/download the music file

This is intentional.  Downloads were limited to 1 MiB max on Tarako as part of bug 996232 because we were crashing with larger attachments.
