This is a bugscape bug moved to bugzilla
The original description was
" Step to reproduce:
Get the attached file. click on the scroll bar.
Notice the first colum of table cell change width while you scroll."
But the problem is with the "overflow:auto" atribute in <div> tag in the
attached testcase
