jwatt pointed me to this code on Friday and as far as i can tell it is not used any more. Try build at https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=ccdf63d486fd (ignore the blue panda stuff, that's a widespread problem on tbpl). I also loaded the build on my device and did a basic sanity check to make sure stuff still works.
