Step one for any web audio demo thingy is jamming in a frequency graph, we should just build this into the tools.

Main thing holding us back on this is some way to create new nodes within the context without affecting the current graph, created bug 1019134 for this
Can include frequency domain and time domain (most commonly useful), and also spectrograph, vectorgraph, etc.

Needs backwards compat to ensure that bug 1068749 is landed on target to emit data events
