Tried to rename a mixed-case folder to all upper case.
Got a message saying folder already exists.
Hit Cancel.
Crashed with Talkback and DrWatson.

Searhing for GKVIEW yields 30-odd reports with various symptoms. Maybe this is a
duplicate of one of them.
The foloder referred to is a mail folder.
Navigator was in background at the time, pointing to an auto-refreshing page on
my hard disk.
