"Could not import contacts from memory card" did not pop up when connect the device to PC by USB while importing contacts.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:USB storage is turned on and Memory card exists some contacts.
1. Launch "Contacts". 
2. Tap settings icon. 
3. Tap "Import Contacts". 
4. Tap "Memory card". 
5.Connect the phone to the computer via usb cable, while the contacts are being imported.
** Contacts can continue to be imported until completed and dialog "Could not import contacts from memory card" will not pop up
6.check PC 
**Memory card is mounted normally

6. Contacts importing should be abortive and dialog "Could not import contacts from memory card" should  pop up

[4.Actual Result]: 
6. Contacts can continue to be imported until completed and dialog "Could not import contacts from memory card" will not pop up
