STR: 1. Unlock 2. Re-lock by pressing the power button 3. Press the power button again to show the LockScreen actual: flashing when the LockScreen got shown. expect: I don't know whether this is a correct way to refresh the screen (as a unknown spec) or it's a regression. I would do a bisect and needinfo the author to get more information.
It's today's Gaia (master) & Gecko (from PVT build).
