Twitter has asked us to run this command and pastebin the output:
curl -v https://mobile.twitter.com/cache/twitter.webapp
Please try this in stage release, stage review, production release, or production review
You can stop with the first environment that gives a 403, instead of a 200.
We're looking for details as to why the node is getting rate limited.

I did it for all the environments in the order mentioned in comment 0. stage review was the first to return a 403, however prod returned 200.
