To be able to change the OpenTok server API endpoint for loadtests we need to upgrade to the last OpenTok NodeJS SDK. https://github.com/opentok/opentok-node See https://github.com/opentok/opentok-node#important-changes-in-v22 for upgrade.
Also it has been released here: https://www.npmjs.org/package/opentok

This will be important if we intend on hitting their servers as part of some combined load/perf testing...
