once the prod is deployed, the client side needs to point to https://loop.services.mozilla.com

I have no idea what's the product/component - or if there's already a tracking bug for this. I just want to make sure we're coordinating on the loop server final url once it's deployed

Here's the alteration to the preference file for the production server, ready for when we need it. I'll request review once it is fully up and running.

Adam, the server isn't ready yet, but I'll hold this in my queue until we get clearance and we've tested it. Getting review early so it is ready when we need it.
