The Tarako takes a very long time to send MMS messages containing a picture attached directly from the camera. It consistently takes several minutes for an MMS to send. If the user attempts to delete the image before it sends, they will be shown a message saying: 'Message not found. The message you're looking for is no longer available'

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140603014004
2) Launch Messaging app
3) Create a new message
4) Attach an image directly from the camera
5) Send the MMS to a valid number

Actual:
MMS takes several minutes to send

Expected:
Messages send in a reasonable amount of time. Same sized images attached from the gallery usually send in less than a minute

I think this might be a duplicate of bug 1008812 which hasn't landed in 1.3T.

We will need to retest this once it lands in 1.3T.

Issue does NOT occur on 1.3 Buri

Result: Out of seven tries, all MMS messages sent within ~30 seconds

Something else I noticed, it seems to be SIM slot 2 that seems to cause an issue with sending the SMS.
