Details

This is a bug just to ensure that cases where dragging between screens/spaces are handled in a sensible/predicable way.

- dragging between multiple screens
- dragging to the dock on Mac
- dragging to the task bar on Windows.
- similar for dragging on Linux
I'm not sure if this is what you had in mind with this bug, but for testing sites in many browsers, gosh, it would be nice to be able to drag a tab out of Firefox and drop it on some *other* browser's tab strip, or vice versa.
