Details

Some experimental parameters have been created for navigator.mozId.watch(). These include some for the benefit of Marketplace on FirefoxOS (forceIssuer, allowUnverified), which we don't want to make available to all by default. Coordinating with the gaia ATeam (for marionette tests) and Marketplace, I think we should create a pref like dom.identity.experimentalPropertiesOK.
