Details

Before we can remove the localized event fired on window (bug 1020247), we might want to provide an easy way to control the mozL10n's ready and the document's mozDOMLocalized (bug 1020243) events at the same time. These events are orthogonal, so a helper function in shared/js/ could help reduce some boilerplate code.
