1020388 - Document the "find a specific bug" search

[Liz Henry (:lizzard) (relman/hg->git project)]

While entering a new bug into Bugzilla and typing in the Summary field, search results are shown under the summary field to help the bug reporter to know if there are duplicate bugs or to find similar, existing bugs. This isn't included in the documentation for Bugzilla.

and possibly also at http://bugzilla.readthedocs.org/en/latest/using.html#searching-for-bugs  since this is a specific kind of searching that behaves differently than other Bugzilla searches.

I've solve the problem in http://bugzilla.readthedocs.org/en/latest/using.html#reporting-a-new-bug
 But for http://bugzilla.readthedocs.org/en/latest/using.html#searching-for-bugs I dont found exactly same ink "searching-for-bugs" in the page. So I haven't solve this.
