I didn't find any way to run a remote command line on osx. It's not specific to the app manager I think (-jsconsole doesn't work either). I'm pretty sure this used to work.

We are not happy with this CLI approach. Or at least, uncertain we will ever properly support this feature as it is implemented. I think we should kill command line support on all OSes as we don't want people to assume this is a usable feature. Ryan - you're ok with that?

We might want to keep the "-webide" option to just start webide.

If we decide support like this is important later, we'll need to figure out support on Mac, and then we can always revive this.
