This bug was filled based on the discussion from bug 1017423 comment 17.
Reproducible on the latest Nightly (BuildID: 20140604030202)
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open about:preferences.
2. Click on a category item (e.g: Privacy).
3. Click on a radio button (e.g: Tell sites that I do not want to be tracked). 4. Press Tab until the "Learn more" link has a focus around it.
5. Press shift+Tab once to get focus back on the radio buttons.
6. Press up and down to move between the radio buttons.
Actual results: Nothing happens. The focus doesn't move to the next radio-button.
Expected results: The focus moves to the next radio-button.

comment #0 describes the work around here. the actual results are that the radio buttons will cycle focus after following the steps, this is due to the work-around in steps 4 and 5.
the bug here is that steps 4 and 5 shouldn't be necessary to move between radio buttons, but maybe this is platform convention on mac.
