* Description:
Sometimes user should be press HW power key many times to wake up device.
* Reproduction steps:
1. Press HW power key into suspend.
2. Press HW power key to wake up.
* Expected result:
Device should be wake up after pressing HW power key.
* Actual result:
Press HW power key many times to wake up device.
* Reproduction build:(Buri - Firefox OS V1.4 inside)
