1021101 - Remove "subscribe this page" in bookmarks menu

Description

Assuming: 
• not many people use "subscribe to this page" in bookmarks menu
• the "subscribe" button in more tools section in customization does the same thing for people who do use it

Proposing:
• remove "subscribe to this page" in bookmarks menu to make the list a little shorter because we want to expose more bookmarks in bug 994901

I don't remember the bug # (was somethign about subscribe submenu not having australis style), but we were already planning to do this in favor of the RSS widget. Though the widget has an issue, the feed titles are barely readable there, on some website you can just read "Subscribe to domain.com - ..." on multiple lines and it's impossible to distinguish one feed from the next one.

On the other side the "Subscribe to this page" submenu is a classic menupopup, much wider than the widgets panel, so it's the only usable UI we have. 
We should first solve the widget issue, before we can remove the menuitem.

Hi, unfortunately this bug is blocked on solving the issue explained in comment 1 (that is bug 985659). I suggest you to take a bug from the list of the mentored bugs, see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Introduction#Find_a_bug_we%27ve_identified_as_being_good_for_newcomers
