1021236 - [flatfish] [Marketplace] Shanghai Mahjong doesn't recognize landscape mode

I installed Shanghai Mahjong in my Firefox OS 2.0 tablet via the web marketplace because the app it wasn't included in the build. The game does not recognize the tablet is already in landscape mode so it doesn't load.

1. Open the browser
2. Go to https://marketplace.firefox.com
3. Search for Shanghai Mahjong
4. Once found, tap Free
5. Go to the homescreen and look for Shanghai Mahjong's icon
6. Wait for it to load
7. Notice an animation showing you have to put the tablet in landscape mode
8. Notice the game doesn't load even having the tablet in landscape mode.

Actual result: the game doesn't load even having the tablet in landscape mode.
Expected result: the game should load once the tablet is in landscape mode.

This game works fine in my Keon using Firefox OS 1.3

Hmm... Not sure if it's a hardware issue, an isolated case with your tablet or if the app isn't recognizing the landscape mode of the tablet. The tablet is defaulted to landscape mode and regular phone devices are defaulted to portrait mode so that may be one of the issues. 

I'll do a test on my tablet currently running 1.4 to see if this occurs.

I can confirm this on 1.4. This won't be fixed for a while.

This more likely has to do with the app recognizing the flatfish device. I'm not sure if this is something where, we need the app developers to fix or if this can be fixed on our side.
