Once the call to Firefox Accounts has completed, make sure we capture the new logged in state and update the page to reflect logged in status.

So just to clarify, this will be a redirect based flow that bounces to the marketplace and then a redirect back to fireplace.
Turns out doing this in a popup worked out pretty good.
