We start using more of Gaia-Try and switch away from Travis. It would help to be able to cancel all jobs for a given push.

https://hg.mozilla.org/webtools/tbpl/file/default/js/Config.js#l55 needs to be set for Gaia-Try, and audit that functions that use it will pass the different tree through.
