# Steps to reproduce

1) Go to the lock screen
2) Take a screenshot so there is a notification
3) Unlock screen
4) Open notification tray
5) Press "clear all" notifications

# Actual Results

Clear all button is disabled and does not clear the notifications

# Expected Results

Clear all button works and clears the notifications

That's definitely a regression. Adding qawanted to confirm this doesn't reproduce on 1.4.

I can reproduce this issue with geeksphone keon and latest nightly 2.0

Its working if phone home screen is unlocked. 

STR:
1. Lock homescreen.
2. Receive a missed call
3. Unlock homescreen. 
4. Open notification bar, the clear all button is hidden and not working.

Valentin, could you make sure the gaia version you test has the fix for bug 1023642 ?
I rechecked, this bug would very likely break the activation of the 'Clear all' feature.
