STR:
1. Launch contacts app.
2. Press "+" button.
3. Press "Add Picture" button to add photo.
4. Select "Camera".
5. Take a picture of yourself or whatever.

Actual results:
blank screen w/ [Retake] and [Select] buttons.

This is a dupe of Bug 1021358, which now works on both 2.0 and Master using Flame. If Comment 2 is still accurate, then we can leave this bug open.

Regression between 1.3 and 1.4 and hence taking for 1.4
